Vertiv, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, announced that it has appointed Viettel Import – Export Limited Company (Viettelimex) as an official distributor of its wide range of data centre solutions in Vietnam. Vertiv and Viettelimex will target local industries including banking, healthcare, education, government, and retail under this partnership.
Viettel, established in 1997, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Viettel Group, one of the largest mobile network operators in Vietnam. Viettelimex has an expansive footprint in Vietnam, including retail stores in the whole country.
Among the Vertiv products that Viettelimex will be offering include the new Vertiv Liebert® GXT5 uninterruptible power supply (UPS) solution, the Vertiv™ SmartCabinet™ micro data centre solution, as well as Vertiv’s thermal management solutions, racks, rack power distribution unts (rPDUs) and monitoring systems.
