Hitachi Vantara Federal announces as-a-service offerings to help government streamline access to data services

Hitachi Vantara Federal, a leader in data-driven solutions and services for the federal government, is launching an innovative as-a-service (aaS) offering to further expand government’s access to any of Hitachi Vantara Federal’s data services and end-to-end solutions.

The annoucement was made to government technology leaders at its annual Partner Summit that the company. The aaS solution portfolio will enable the company’s industry partners and federal customers to better keep pace with advanced data solutions without investing capital in IT infrastructure.

“As the quantity of data our federal customers must tackle continues to escalate, so does the need for them to have faster, easier access to proven data services and data management solutions,” said Dave Turner, president and chief executive officer of Hitachi Vantara Federal. “Today, we are excited to announce the ability to address those challenges directly by offering a new set of innovative solutions based on the traditional as-a-service model. This will lift the burden of financial and technology risk and allow our partners and customers to advance any requirement they have, from modernization of systems to surge needs, in a highly agile manner that also works within their budget.”

With the aaS solution, federal customers can procure the full range of Hitachi Vantara Federal data services that are part of the company’s end-to-end solutions offering, including traditional infrastructure, data technology solutions and REAN Cloud services.
